    Ms. Ryan we sincerely apologize for not providing you the service you had expected after we established when to expect services from us. It was not our intention to fail in communicating with you but there definitely was a breakdown in the communication on our part. We fully intended to fulfill the expectation of service we communicated but there was a miss on our part when we did not communicate an update given the equipment breakdown that occurred while we were servicing clients on Wednesday and Thursday and then the Friday weather conditions inhibiting any outdoor work . Again we apologize for the failure on our part to clearly communicate.
