Trusting Mr Atwood to do what is right by his customers is an understatement. I trusted that he would take care of the outside property while I was in another state. I must urge you all to research this business carefully before you make the same mistake that I did. On more than one occasion I received phone calls and pictures form my Realtor and the neighbors showing that the grass was too high and that weeds had grown throughout my flower beds, some reaching 3-4 feet high. I also was informed by the neighbors that Mr. Atwood's crews failed to show up to the house, sometimes 3-4 weeks late.

If I believe correct this was a one to time a month mow for $25.00. At our bottom rates we do not offer flower bed cleaning/trimming. Gahanna Lawn Care never received a call to add our standard weekly mowing's to this account. I believe it was wanted mowed just so keep the city off while they sold their house. Thanks, I am sorry someone wasn't happy about this, we would of made things right but never received a call about it.

Never showed up, waited 30 minutes and called him and was told his partner was coming and he would call him to see what happened but left me waiting all day and never let me know anything!!!!!! Contacted him again that evening and did nothing but make excuses.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Shouldn't be made to give any stars

This was a problem we had last year an since then we have taken responsibility away from other employees an all customer contact has been switched back to the owner to avoid these issues. Thank you.
