FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nearly all of our clients begin with a "Starter pack" of training (SMARTT). This costs between $249 and $299 (depending if they become UU gym members - you can train without, but members receive a discount). This package includes a 60 minute initial consultation, a 60 minute diagnostic session (detailed wellness review, HR, BP, Body Composition Test, Functional Movement Screen and a baseline fitness test) plus eight 30 minute 1-on-1 personal training sessions with the trainer best suited to your needs, goals and schedule. From there training rates are based on total commitment (training frequency and length of commitment). 30 minute 1-on-1 rates typically range from $55 down to as low as $29 per session. As do 60 minute pairs sessions. 60 minute 1-on-1 rates typically range from $75 down to as low as $49 per session. 60 minute small group rates typically range from $30 down to as low as $19 per session. As do 30 minute pairs sessions. 60 minute larger group rates typically range from $25 down to as low as $13 per session. Massage therapy and Nutritional coaching sessions follow a rate structure similar to 1-on-1 training. The award winning UU Challenge (weight loss / lifestyle coaching for women) costs ~$55 per week. UU gym memberships are billed month to month and cost $45 per individual, $55 per couple or $65 per family of 3. Student, Teacher, Police, Fire, Military and Corporate account discounts are available. Additional services such as Chiropractic care (including ART), Physical Therapy (post rehab / pre-exercise), Metabolism Testing, Psychological Therapies (including EMDR & Neuroptimal / Neurofeedback). Each has its own specific rate structure. Email us with any questions. Thanks!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are so many variables. This is why all new folks meet with me. I get to know them, their goals, their history and their personality. From their I can help to pair them with the providers and services which should best help them succeed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
