- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer military and first responder discounts. I offer free estimates and I am willing to work with you to fit your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I discuss the project with them. I meet with them in person to discuss the project and take measurements. We then come to an agreement about what they are looking for. I then draw up a contract so that both parties are protected and we can move forward with the project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of this kind of work and woodworking experience. It’s important in this line of work to never stop learning new things! This always helps to improve your trade and skill set.
