My computer had a Trojan and malware viruses. It took alittle longer than expected but it was worth the time and money. He definitely knows what he's talking about and fixes it the right way. How much time do I have to get the device repair completed in? Have I had any other issues with the device lately? If your device is a computer; What Operating system does it have? If your device is a phone; Who is the carrier and do I have insurance that covers the repair? Does it have a serial number and model number clearly listed or do I have to find it?
