- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the project, not the hour. However, our minimum job is $120.00. Our pricing is competitive with other companies that offer similar services and qualifications. We also conduct regular background checks and are bonded and insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a phone call or a lead via the internet and we respond back to the request with a phone call and/or text. When possible, we will ask for pictures to be sent via text or email, along with additional information about the job. We will either quote over the phone, or schedule an in-person estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully versed in handling a myriad of handyman and small renovation projects.
