FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Borowske Builders is not a low-bid contractor. Our pricing reflects licensed, insured work, experienced in-house crews, vetted trade partners, proper permitting, and a structured project management process. We provide clear, itemized proposals so clients understand exactly what is included. We do not use bait-and-switch pricing or vague allowances to appear cheaper upfront. Discounts are uncommon, but we focus on delivering long-term value, quality craftsmanship, and predictable outcomes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to understand goals, scope, budget range, and feasibility. From there, we review site conditions, discuss design considerations, and outline next steps. Clients receive a detailed written proposal outlining scope, timeline expectations, and payment structure. Once approved, we handle permits, scheduling, and coordination, and assign a dedicated point of contact for the project. Communication is consistent throughout, and we walk clients through each major phase so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 39+ years in business, our team brings a combination of hands-on construction experience, formal trade knowledge, and ongoing training in building codes, materials, and best practices. Leadership has extensive experience in residential construction, remodeling, and project management, and we continuously refine our systems to improve quality control, scheduling, and client communication. We also work closely with local building departments and inspectors to ensure all work is code-compliant.
