- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly it depends on what you want the more complicated and the more involved the higher the fee. Unless we can work out a deal for a regular schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I have to let them know I only work onsite. I don't cater however there are options to me other than cooking in their kitchen a large portable grill and or smoker can be at my disposal so if you want to have a large BBQ I can arrange that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just passed my State Food Safety test and was certified. I will however continue to improve any way I can.
