- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally do not use standard pricing. Because we are a small local company, we can negotiate and give lower prices depending on location and situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our crew introduces themselves and asks the customer for a walk-through of the property needing serviced. It is imperative the customer knows they can trust us in their homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees complete a 2 week training period with a crew leader and are all OSHA trained.
