Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a certified and experienced bartender. I currently cater to weddings, parties and various events through my part-time job where we have portable bars that we set up ourselves from "scratch" as we call it! To cater to most events, it takes us roughly two to three hours to set the bars up and the same to take them down. We are trained to count our liquor, wine and beer sales to allow our guests the most accurate sales count at the end of the evening. We start with a list of all alcohol and supplies that were purchased and count down as we go throughout the night and the end of the evening. We are able to count per bottle and the amount used. So, it's a very accurate count. For mixed drinks, we recommend the basics of what it takes to build a makeshift bar. The clients then determine their preferences between premium, calls or well drinks along with various mixes of their choice. Most clients prefer not to sell or make long island ice teas because of the amount of alcohol in them. Also frozen drinks are not usually a preference due to the amount of time they take and the noise they make. Also, most customers will choose the counts per pour to avoid over serving their guests. Bracelets are recommended to control underage drinking.
