Melissa used to clean and paint the communities I managed and I cannot say enough about her. I was only permitted to choose 3 items to describe her services, but please trust me when I say she was truly valued as a vendor and was always punctual. Her services were perfection at its finest! What made her even more valuable was her pricing which was always more than fair. I think what meant the most to me was her kindness and she was always 100% responsive, especially when I had an emergency. She always "stopped, dropped and rolled" whenever I called upon her and it will never be forgotten. She would always do what I requested and by the date I requested to keep my turnover rate at it's all time lowest! :-) Plus, she always smiled regardless of how demanding I was, and trust me, I know I was demanding. You won't go wrong in utilizing Melissa's services. She's the best!
