Introduction: I grew up in Zanesville, OH. After graduating from The Ohio State University and spending a few years in corporate America, I decided that the office life was not for me. I have over 15 years of professional experience in the home improvement industry. I became an independent contractor to better serve my clients in these challenging times in the industry. The first one should be the finish product. It may not look like much, but piece that came off would allow rain to go under the roof. He put the piece back up with heavier duty nails and actually put white paint on them so they would blend in. Would highly recommend!!!

Did a great job on the roof! Removal/reinstall was completed in 1 day. Reasonably priced and excellent craftsmanship. Communication was a breeze and scheduling was simple and quick. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Daren! We reached out about a small roofing project and he responded immediately. The day of the job, he showed up right when he said he would and gave us an extremely reasonable quote for the work. He never tried to oversell us on anything we didn’t actually need and was able to tackle the job super fast and with quality. Also, Daren noticed an additional small repair that we didn’t initially see and took care of it for us on the spot, helping us potentially avoid problems down the line. We had some wind damage to our siding, so we contacted 3 people through Thumbtack. The other two wanted us to sign something, before we had even had the insurance inspector look at the damage. Daren came out and looked at the siding and also looked at the roof. He found damage there, too. When the insurance inspector came out, Daren showed him the roof and siding damage, which resulted in us getting paid for both. After the insurance estimate came, Daren worked with them to determine what was missing. He then explained the process to us and worked with us to ensure that we were able to get the entire job done, mostly for the insurance settlement. He scheduled us for a new roof and siding, the work was completed quickly and professionally and the clean-up was done well. We are very satisfied with the job that was done by Sowers Contracting.
