Introduction: I am a general contractor who has the ability to complete every task given. Whether it be pressure washing, painting, building custom built in shelving/seating areas, light plumbing/electrical. There is not much that can’t be accomplished. Grant was fantastic. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule while I was in town, and then worked with me as I had a last-minute engagement that took me away from home. The storm door that Grant installed looks great, and I’d happily hire him again in the future.

My basement stairs were treacherous! See before and after images.... Grant was the only contractor that committed to completing this project in one day. I couldn't afford to lose access to my basement longer than that, and he arrived on site with ample crew to do just that. I liked that he worked there ght along with them as well. I believe the price was fair for a complete replacement, and the finished result is rock solid. Not to mention, I've never had a railing on the basement stairs and now I do which makes them even more safe for everyone who ventures down. And the best part... Just a few acres and. I can remove the rail framing to allow moving large item in and out with ease. The basement area where the work took place was left clean which is also important to me. I highly recommend Hockman Design Studio construction for your next project.

Grant did excellent work and was able to help us with it looks different projects around our house. He installed LVP on the entire first floor of our house and it looks excellent. We are very happy with the work he did and will definitely go back to him in the future with any more projects.

Simply outstanding! I am a new homeowner and discovered some serious rotting on the side of the house, where mulch had been pressed up against for years. I also had a window well that had collapsed and needed replacing. I received several estimates that were wildly different. Grant’s estimate came right in the middle and towards the lower end. They gave me a date to come in, showed up on time, and explained everything that they were going to do step-by-step. They made me feel so comfortable that they were going to do the right job, the right way, and at an affordable price. They delivered! And Grant showed up himself to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would hire them again in an instant! I’m including before and after pictures, but the after pictures were taken following a rain storm, so they’re not as neat as when the job was first completed. But it looked outstanding!
