T.A.M. is a hardworking crew, very polite and communicative. They demo’d a concrete sidewalk at our home and added topsoil to a garden bed. They are not afraid to work hard. However, part of the job was to pour a new sidewalk and that part was left unfinished. We were told their concrete delivery truck was backlogged after waiting a few weeks for delivery. The only option left they said was to pour the sidewalk using bags of concrete, which would have added $300. We weren’t happy with this solution and decided to switch to someone who could pour the sidewalk by load. Like I said, hardworking crew, no doubt about it. But we were left to figure out the solution to pour the sidewalk without incurring an additional fee. In my opinion they should have seen the job through for the agreed price whether they used bags of concrete or truck delivery.

Renaldo and the team was great! We needed tuck pointing for our front porch. We received several quotes and his quote was fair and he gave a more detail explanation of what needed to be done than the other companies. Our porch was very old and we did not think he could find a brick to match our existing brick porch yet he did. The nice part he was able to repair our porch on a Sunday and cleaned up the area very well. We will definitely use their services again.

Renaldo came out on a Saturday to quote me a price to redo my front porch steps and fill in the mortar between the bricks on the garage. The estimate was fair and competitive. Renaldo came back that next Monday to begin the work. It took him about 6 hours to complete both jobs and they look amazing! I would recommend him and his team for any future outdoor jobs.
