- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $25.00 per hour plus the cost of materials (cash or personal check). If the customer wants to purchase the supplies on their own I will work with them to purchase the correct materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer my number one priority is to gain their respect. Understanding their needs and pay close attention to the details. I work at the customers convenience and offer suggestions to improve the job and or save the customer money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business for five years. I gained my experience through years of DIY and working for my brother and step-son. Both having remodeling businesses of their own.
