- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing for our services is listed on our website, along with details of exactly what is included in each program. Custom programs are also available depending on the needs of each case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When I first start talking to a new customer, I will go over some standard questions with them over the phone or through e-mail. Once I get some basic information on the dog and the situation, I will give the customer my thoughts on their dog and what type of training would be best. If the customer would like to move forward from there, we will schedule a free evaluation so that I can meet the dog and see their behavior in person. After the evaluation, the customer will receive a customized write-up of which programs would be best and what they entail, and once they make a decision they can submit a deposit to hold their training spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 6 years of experience training under multiple dog trainers in several different fields. My internship and apprenticeship experience includes top trainers in both the sport and pet dog training industries.I have also been trained as a veterinary technician, and have 2 years of formal education in animal science. I am a big proponent of continuing education, and regularly attend seminars.
