My wife and I used Adam Sanchez as our handyman in 2019. Adam was found on https://www.homeadvisor.com He advertised his business as Next Gen Property Management. We had Adam do several projects for us. He reasonably priced each job. He was very punctual and his work quality was professional and responsive to our needs. He has a good work ethic and he showed up when he said he would or he would call us if he was delayed. We will use Adam again in 2020 as soon as it warms up a bit.
