- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends on which type of photography is requested. If they are requesting wedding photography, we will have a pre-wedding consultation. In this consultation, it is important that I meet with the clients to understand their preferred photography style. This meeting also serves as a mini photo session with the couple, so that I can see how they interact on camera and to make them feel more confident about being photographed on their wedding day. If the client is requesting any other photography service, we can schedule either an in-person meeting or over the phone. We will discuss the photography contract and photo release form, and we will get the client's date officially booked! Each client is different, however, so your situation may vary from my typical process. That's okay! I am flexible and willing to work around your schedule and your wants and needs!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are interested in hiring a photographer (wedding, engagement, family photos), it is important that you feel comfortable with this person! They should be organized, prompt, and communicate efficiently. I pride myself on these aspects of customer service, and I'm positive that you would be impressed with my customer service skills.
