Pickerington Heating and Cooling has been our preferred HVAC company since moving to Pickerington. They have been quick, professional, responsive, and friendly in every interaction, particularly when it has come to troubleshooting some issues we were having. Michelle Bowersmith in the office has been particularly helpful when I've had questions related to billing. Haley, Tammy, and everyone else who answering the phones are courteous, empathetic, and quick, with excellent follow-through, and Corey, Chris, and the other installers and technicians who have been here have all been polite, honest, and fast. Appreciate having this local resource in town and their commitment to making it right for their customers!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty simple -- we find out exactly what our customers need, then we provide it! 40+ years of experience in the HVAC industry make that relatively easy.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Actually our father, Howard Morris Sr., started the company in 1972. We're currently owned and managed by his two sons, Kip and Brett Morris.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Sales, service, installation, maintenance & repair of gas forced-air furnaces, LP Gas/Propane furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioning systems.
