Heart Beat showed up and showed out. Heart Beat was hired to DJ at an event for those we serve in the IDD community. He was early, and he was willing join in and collaborate with our saxophone player because it wasn’t quite time for him to start. His willingness to start early made sure our folks had lasting memories. What I really appreciated was that when our folks got on stage with him and it did not bother him. He took requests and played all music genres that I selected when selecting him to be our DJ. He is just FANTASTIC! Because of how well he did with us yesterday, I have chose to keep him and utilize him in every event that I can. He gets what we do and that’s rare. Heart Beat we will be calling you soon!!

Kelvin was fantastic! He played exactly as we asked, and adapted by adding more songs by similar artists. He was very responsive and personable, and got along great with the crowd. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't charge for setup or tare-down. We normally arrive at the event about 1 1/2 to 2 hours before the event start time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally would have a phone conversation to schedule a virtual meeting to go over the details of their event, either Zoom or FaceTime.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I use to have a music group with all kinds of equipment; speakers, mics, keyboards. A friend of mine asked me to play some music at a wedding in 1992, and been playing ever since!
