- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is priced based on square footage and the area that is being done. Pricing for basic natural hardwood refinishing starts at $1.80 sq/ft!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free estimate on the phone or through e-mail. We come out, measure the flooring and provide a quote. We schedule the work to be done at a time that works best for our customer, and work with them throughout the entire process.
