I generally work "time and material" with no mark-up on material costs, you pay what i pay. I can also bid, but "t&m" generally comes in cheaper.

I have used Jim Hampton on several home remodels including hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink, bath vanities, base boards and chair rail moldings. I even had him install a antenna tower.He did a great job on all of those and I would recommend and I will continue using him in the future.
