Introduction: Being a trainer can't be taught or learned in a book...Unless you have a passion not for the gym and working out, but for others. Without saying I know my clients understand thats how I feel about them. Unless you truly care about someones well being you can't call your self a trainer..This is why I do not cut corners on learning about someones past health history or their present state of physical health. I build programs based on what is learned about each clients weak points and strive to make them their strong points.This can only be done with a great mind of the human body and understanding and a full fitness exam. Time after time clients who join me for the first time in a assessment who have worked with a trainer in the past say " well my old trainer never did any of this with me" or "I was never showed this form before but this makes so much more sense to me now". That tells me you never had the experience of what training should be and how it should be performed. The satisfaction of watching someone grow first mentally strong and believing in them selves, second emotionally gaining confidence, and third of all the Physical change of someones appearance when the focus 100%. What I do impacts someones life forever.. what could be more satisfying then that?

Jeff was my personal trainer for a period of time last year and I can't recommend him highly enough. My wife had been working with him for 3 years before I joined. In the 6 months that my wife and I trained with him I lost 20 lbs and gained a bunch of muscle mass. I was amazed at how much Jeff knows about full body fitness including wrkout routines, diet and nutrition. He was really committed to us and spent time outside of the gym in making sure we were following his prescribed fitness regiment. Jeff's enthusiasm about living a healthy lifestyle was obvious and he wanted his clients to share in that too. He actually got me excited about changing my diet and fitness habits, something I never would have thought possible. Jeff was always on time for scheduled wrkouts, communicated about schedule changes when needed and would allow you to make up missed sessions (within reason).

I have trained with Jeff for two years now and wouldn't ever trust my health and shape to any other trainer. Jeff is supportive and encouraging. He has believed in my abilities when I didn't and pushed me to do things I didn't think my body could do. He has given me confidence and helped me to completely change my body. He is not only a trainer but a friend. He takes a personal interest in each client. It is evident that he is passionate about his job and strives to make each client the best they can be.
