Some of my competitors are cheaper, but I will always take the time to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. I provide my own equipment and supplies. If there is something specific that you need to due to allergies I can make accommodations. I am a very detailed oriented person and most may say I am a perfectionist! I may take longer to do the job than most but this is to get the most satisfaction out of my job. You will find I am a very friendly and energetic person to be around as well. I Highly recommended a DEEP CLEAN at least the 1st visit, for first time customers to get the home to a maintenance available level moving forward. Then this can be done every so many months. Just as a set thing for my profile: I do NOT do LAUNDRY or DISHES (sink must be cleared before arrival)! If you would like the microwave, oven, interior only windows (additional charge per window) or carpet cleaned there is an additional charge. Please ask about those fees! And these must be requested 48hrs. before the day of your appointment so the proper time is allotted. We REQUIRE your home FULLY DECLUTTERED and all dishes done and put away before I arrive. **We do require that all bathrooms have toilet bowel brushes provided and available and that the temperature in the home be now high than 70 degrees.
