We think the health concerns related to higher then normal mold ecology(Environment) can be classified into three stages and one being considered normal. We became fascinated by using the soft sell approach and the discipline to just focus on the cause and the education to your clients off future water proofing maintenance or keeping close eye on interior relative humidly as it relates directly to mold growth where your RH is above 50% for only 24-48 hours. We offer complementary visible inspection and water intrusion inspection and ventilation inspection which includes exterior grading and gutters,downspouts and ground drainage inspection. furthermore, we offer lab testing for a set cost based on type and amount of test performed.
