I follow the local laws and commission structures of the local Sandusky & Columbus mls guidelines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A short face to face consultation with my clients to obtain information regarding their personal needs and expectations. Explain how my services and knowledge of the area will enhance their process for selling or buying a home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business degree and 35 years working with the consumer in all aspects of home ownership. All state required license's that are required for maintaining my real estate business. Also continuing education classes related to the industry.
