FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know weddings can be expensive and that's why I got into DJing weddings. I want to offer a quality entertainment to couples who are on a budget. The price I quote you is the price you pay. I don't charge extra for consultation, travel, setup, tear down, etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Contact me through my website or any other way you hear of me. Step 2: I email/call client within an hour of being contacted Step 3: I send reception planner to client to review Step 4: I set up a date to meet client to go over details Step 5: I check in with client multiple times between hire date and event date Step 6: I arrive to event and ROCK IT and everyone goes home happy
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I subscribe to a ton of DJ blogs, network with other DJs, attend wedding shows, watch many YouTube videos. Plenty of real world experience.
