- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing fair. Sometimes I'm unable to give a quote right up front only because I don't know all the circumstances. I'm definitely less than the Big firms and more personable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the new client and their circumstances. I basically put myself into their position to understand better. This works because I know more about what their needs are and how to be the best I can be for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a dual BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Franklin University in Columbus OH. I've been in the accounting and tax business for 20+ years. For tax, I worked as a seasonal employee for 19 yrs with the world's largest tax company. For accounting, I've worked in various small/medium businesses as a bookkeeper up to controller. Then went into public service and served as an Auditor with the state, auditing state agencies.
