- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients situation because every situation is different. Providing unique services to fit each clients individual need is my focus. I process W-2, 1099, and various other forms. Most of my work is done virtually (email, phone call) providing clients unlimited access to services utilizing a global setting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the financial industry for over 12 years in different areas. I hold two college degrees in Criminal Justice which reflects my knowledge in rules, laws, and regulations and making sure each is followed in order to meet IRS regulations. I also hold a Masters of Science Degree in Accounting with emphasis in CPA (Certified Public Accountant). I am a licensed tax professional and also a licensed insurance agent which provides me the opportunity to serve your everyday tax and insurance needs.
