- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices I have are based on number of guests and hours working. I usually work with the customer on the bringing your own bar fee, most of the time I drop that fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I get the job, I immediately reach out to the customer and go over all details of the event. From there, I give them my personal cell phone and tell them to contact me at any time if they need anything or if any changes occur. I also do a follow up a week before the event, 3 days before, and also the day before and day of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through Flair training when I was 22, I am also a TIPS certified bartender.
