Introduction: Not only do I have the experience and tools that most shops have, but I am personable and able to explain technology in plain English. I take great pride in what I do and understand how important it is to have your computer, or network functioning the way it is supposed to. It's hard to call it a job I love what I do!! I get to help people that either don't have the time, or may not want to deal with fixing technology. Very simple pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always going to school, researching, and am involved in a peer group. With how fast technology changes continuing education is a must.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have OCD and at a young age I found that computers made sense to me and I could get lost for hours building, fixing, and learning about them. After I left the Marine Corps I was offered a job installing servers, and switches in casinos and have been in the field ever since.
