FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are $15 per hourly training session. I charge an additional $5 dollar fee for driving outside the 20 mile radius of my home. It's $15 dollars for my monthly training guidelines written out and e-mailed to you after the first session if you opt for that service. The monthly tracking, progress pics, and evaluations I include with the training sessions and your performances are free for your review at your request, I'll have it on file once we start training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I recieve a reply from a potential client expressing interest in my services, I will ask what goals they have specifically, what exercises they like to do and dont like to do, what injuries and health issues they have to work around, etc. Then we move forward and schedule the first session and follow through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay current through reading three quarterly research journals on exercise and nutrition and keep tabs on an ergogenic website that summarizes the latest research, called ergo-log.com.
