Arosa and her team have been performing a weekly cleaning on our home over the last couple months. Arosa is the best that we have had in over 10 years. Arosa uses a common sense approach to the task...and today it is very hard to find individuals who think about tasks. She starts upstairs and works her way down. She actually moves items to get to hidden dust and dirt - very rare to find this level of detail. We have four "very hairy" cats who make sure Arosa always has something to do. She is great with the cats and is always friendly and focused when we chat. I would recommend Arosa if you have not been satisfied with other services and individuals in the past.
