Holly's attention to detail makes her an unusually good bookkeeper. She cares greatly about the accuracy of her work and does a fantastic job with QuickBooks users. Holly is the best thing that ever happened to my business. She organized the mess I had previously made in Quick Books and taught me how to file my records in the right places. Now at the end of the year I am not scrambling to get everything together for my accountant. It is such a good feeling to know that my books are in order. I have worked with Holly since 2008. I had a retail store with a complicated unique array of inventory and many many vendors/sellers. Holly grasped my business quickly and made many useful recommendations and implemented smart bookkeeping processes that were easy for all staff to follow, easy for us to discuss and resolve problems, etc. Holly was always kind, patient, methodical and professional. She works yearly with me still, tho my shop closed and I now work intermittently.

When I started my business, T. H. Industrial Sales, in 2001, the first person I contacted was Holly. Her understanding of QuickBooks and vast experience in accounting & bookkeeping were critical to the success of the business. I would not have done nearly as well without her. Taxes were always filled on time, accounts were always balanced and reports were extremely accurate. I was free to do what I did best without worrying about the purse strings. I shut down the office in 2014 and retired with her help and guidance. I would like to add; she is very pleasant to work with, charming and witty. Truly a unique person, a real asset to any business.

Many people starting out in business keep their own books to save money. I believe in the long run, and even short run, it ends up costing them more because the time they are taking to do their accounting/bookkeeping is time that isn't being used to promote their business.
