Robin is AMAZING. The knowledge she has about dogs and training them is unbelievable. Her patience, even with my 2 very snarky, and potentially aggressive dogs was awesome. I learned an unbelievable amount of things to do with my dogs. I am very grateful that with my situation, she didn't run for the hills. I look forward to a long working relationship with Robin and my dogs.Apr 8, 2019Verified
Robin is truly one of the very best trainers. She is thorough in her approach to training the dog and teaching the owner the correct way to work with their dogs training. Since Robin started working with us to train our Little Missy (a 9 year old Dachshund) we have noticed a huge change in her behavior. She is an outstanding trainer and we would highly recommend her.Jun 5, 2018Verified
We are just at the start of training, but so far all the protocols have seemed to have a positive effect on our dogs. They are calmer and seem happier in less than 24 hrs. It is up to us but Robin appears to have nailed our issues and prescribed the right instructions. A real pro with a big heart.Mar 2, 2018VerifiedComplete Canine Training, Boarding & Behavior Shaping's reply
Thank you!! I can't wait to see Batman bloom with confidence and have a better relationship with Izzy and the family!
Robin was very understanding about the training needs for my GSD and older rescue mix, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. After talking, I felt confident about her working with my dogs and am looking forward very much to her beginning work with my GSD.Nov 16, 2017VerifiedComplete Canine Training, Boarding & Behavior Shaping's reply
Thank you so very much!
My dog was very receptive to her and she worked with the dog until the dog understood what she wanted it to do. She also wrote up the protocol of the things we went over so I could continue with the training. My dog has several problems and she addressed all of them. I know it will take a while to reverse my dog's bad habits but I think we have a very good start. She even took my dog for a little walk which was great since I am unable to do that.Jan 21, 2018VerifiedComplete Canine Training, Boarding & Behavior Shaping's reply
I am excited to continue our work with Cinnamon!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I try to work with budgets depending on each dog. Normal courses are 5 to 6 days per week but rehab and behavior shaping is one 4 hour session with free consults by phone or email and 2-3 one hour follow ups via a tailor made protocol that the client follows. If the client needs to be less frequent, I will work with them the best I can. Follow up sessions are 80/hr depending on the distance traveled etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to give a free phone consult to understand the situation in full and then I send a questionnaire, free of charge for everyone in the house to complete and review it for behavior issue dogs to begin to build a protocol. Then come and complete the 4hr session to meet/observe the dog(s), fully understand the situation at hand and teach the protocol for how we can solve it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified KMODT in Beginner Novice, Novice, Open, and I study and have a doctorate equivalent in Integrative behaviorism at the Canine/Human Relationship Institute in Texas.
