We are just at the start of training, but so far all the protocols have seemed to have a positive effect on our dogs. They are calmer and seem happier in less than 24 hrs. It is up to us but Robin appears to have nailed our issues and prescribed the right instructions. A real pro with a big heart.

My dog was very receptive to her and she worked with the dog until the dog understood what she wanted it to do. She also wrote up the protocol of the things we went over so I could continue with the training. My dog has several problems and she addressed all of them. I know it will take a while to reverse my dog's bad habits but I think we have a very good start. She even took my dog for a little walk which was great since I am unable to do that.

Robin is amazing with educating humans on instinctual dog reactions, tendencies, and reasoning. Because of her, and her understanding and teachings of dogs, my two dogs can actually be around one another now with minimal issues. My husband and I used to have to separate them from one another, and because of everything we learned with Robin, and the habits she broke us of/ taught us, we now have two doggos that can actually sit next to each other without attacking. Our stress levels in the house have gone down, our our love and understanding of the dogs has grown, and we overall can just relax about the two dogs relationship. Well worth every penny, and I have already recommended her to several friends for how effective her teachings were. We are so grateful to have had Robin come help us, and if you are questioning if she is right for you, just know, she’s a personable, fun, intelligent person who can truly guide you through whatever discourse your doggies are having... she is awesome at what she does and I 10/10 recommend her!

Complete Canine is the perfect company name! The overall assessment, daily protocol,and unique strategies from my orientation session - 4 days ago are creating a more balanced / complete GSD and Pack Leader in my home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with budgets depending on each dog and I offer a variety of services after a free phone consult to make each client comfortable and confident. Rehab and behavior shaping is one 4 hour session with follow ups via a tailor made protocol that the client follows. If the client needs to be less frequent, I will work with them the best I can. Follow up sessions are 100/hr depending on the distance traveled etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give a free phone consult to understand the situation in full and then I send a questionnaire, free of charge for everyone in the house to complete and review it for behavior issue dogs to begin to build a protocol. Then come and complete the 4hr session to meet/observe the dog(s), fully understand the situation at hand and teach the protocol for how we can solve the problems whether it be biting, fighting, reactivity or rudeness.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an IACP Professional Member and certified KMODT in Beginner Novice, Novice, Open, and I am an Integrative Behaviorist studying at the Canine-Human Relationship Institute in Texas.
