Our pricing system is very simple. We quote both, on hourly and total project basis.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Loads of experience and knowing for sure that if an executive team sticks to the strategy, the company will rip double benefit. Also, many small manufacturers are in need of a strategy - they are afraid to spend time and money on developing it, but the benefits so outweigh the risk!
