Cons -There were issues with the work. Promises were made that were not fulfilled. Broke stucco during installation with no repair. Put the wrong color of shingles on and not so much as an apology. Counterflashings were not installed in areas as promised. Some of the flashings were not covered with counterflashings and wrinkled up. Notified the company. Came out, saw the issues, a month later, still nothing. Pro - the roof doesn't leak.
