- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
some jobs come with set fees, others will be estimated. we do everything we can. to adhere to the price quoted. should a change order occur, Most of the time it's a cost of material and minimal labor. we also give multi unit discounts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically there is a phone introduction followed by an on-site visit. we are clean, screened and timely. we are open to hours that fit your needs. a formal estimate will be given with expectations for the provider and customer alike.

along with 8 years of field training we also have several training certificates and certifications. lead remediation and plumbing registrations
