- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work for a large investment company in the greater Dayton area so we are able to provide great pricing to our clients as a result of the volume of business we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: We answer any initial questions you have over the phone, you can also come to our office. Step 2: We visit the property to assess the project and provide you with a bid. Step 3: We provide you with a project cost, we sign the paperwork and we get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is constantly going through professional development in the construction field to make sure we are staying on top of new products, technology and best practices.
