- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge rates even the most seasoned contractors won't compete with. Modern contractors have a 20% markup on all material they provide for the job. We refuse to follow such practices, so we provide you a detailed list of materials and there prices so you know exactly how much to pay for materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of trade school and a license in Electrical and General Contracting and 2 years of landscaping practice.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all type of customers. I've worked with great people that I've given large discounts to just for being a great client. Just cause we are contractors we have feelings to. I've also worked for people who've stopped paying me half way through a job.
