Introduction: My daughter and I offer private piano lessons in my home.
I have a Master's of Art in Church Music with piano concentration, and have taught for over 25 years, including children with CP, Asperger's, ADHD, and other learning disabilities. I have also taught adults (my oldest student was 93!!!! :) )
I speak English and Portuguese fluently and speak, read and write some Spanish.
I am currently taking older beginners and those with special needs. My daughter is accepting beginner students, ages 6-10.

My girls (8 and 12) enjoyed Rosalee as a piano teacher for a year. They've had other teachers but loved the way Rosalee taught. They were able to easily memorize their pieces!

Rosalee is a great piano teacher. She genuinely cares about you as a person and a student. She is very talented and knowledgable about theory. Rosalee is also good at finding your level and teaching the best way for you to improve. She is also very willing to help you work toward your personal goals and specific pieces you choose. I would highly recommend her.

Rosalee is an accomplished and experienced teacher with a creative and personal touch. She works hard in and out of lesson time to give each individual student the custom attention they need to progress and meet their own musical potential!

Rosalee is wonderful. She really focuses on the positive. She supports the self esteem of her students, and that is so important. The experience of the lesson helps the child develop in all ways. Rosalee is a positive person and a good role model.
