Met with C. Arimany to have my 2016 taxes prepared. I had an unusual Capital Gains issue that was resolved. A binder was presented to me with my prepared tax forms and tax records. Also received a Veterans Discount. Xtremely satisfied with the experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very transparent and up front with our pricing! You will never be charged an amount without first agreeing to it. We also offer 50% off to all veterans, police officers, & firefighters!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet our new customers and go over in detail what they need! We will then put together a plan that is specific to their situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for 10 years and have proven that we are a firm that loves our customers! All of our accountants keep up on their CPE every year and we make sure we are up to date on the newest tax deductions & credits!
