Introduction: In this industry, the way fitness and nutrition plays a part in an individual's health can be confusing. There is so much literature and infomercials and even trainer's who give out mixed ideals of how one reaches their fitness goal. I understand the way the human body reacts to stress on more than just a superficial level. I train my clients the same way I train my athletes, with science and care. I know when to push and (just as importantly) I know when to back off, even when the client thinks they should keep going. My utmost priority is safety and preventing injury. I never launch my clients into ballistic training or give them exercises that they should not be doing if they do not have the stable base and foundation to handle the movement and if they have any muscular imbalances or skeletal deviations that will eventually (if not already) cause chronic injury. I train to increase a person's excitation threshold, to make them move better, to stand with better posture, to keep up with the children, to last longer or to rejuvenate physically through age, to overcome mental blocks and broaden a person's capabilities, not just win meets and competitions. The unexpected gratitude or acknowledgement that I randomly receive from my clients. Whether they are part of my youth athletic program or just a guy looking to improve his golf swing, them actually appreciating me and recognizing me and positively feeding my esteem is amazing. I'm a trainer who only cares about progress and results, but the positive relationships I forge with my clients can be quite rewarding. They keep me doing what I do and pushing myself to continue to be a superman in their eyes.

Experienced personal trainer with motivation to create an inviting atmosphere. Emphasizes and teaches form very well. Not only do his workouts improve my strength and agility, but have healed injuries and continue to prevent them. Is always pushing me to do my best yet he stills knows when it is time to back off of a certain lift or exercise. He has an abundance of knowledge on the human body which is effectively applied to workouts and sudden situations and problems during a session. Always shows interest in improving not only my physical state but also my mental and emotional well being. The workouts are challenging and are filled with a wide variety of different lifts and exercises. I would recommend this trainer to anyone with the motivation to become better.
