I'm not quite sure what we did wrong. You never indicated to me that something was wrong. This customers job is the deck carpet and front porch tile on my profile under the media section. Everything came out great and his wife and him were very happy when we were complete. I'm not sure why he is upset.

Do NOT hire them. Damaged our walls, took us for at least 600 plus dollars and never came back to do the work. Not a real business. BBB doesn't even know they exist. Not licensed. Shady people. We hired them before Memorial Day, it's Labor Day. A true headache for us. Do yourselves a favor. Skip these people. We are in contact with multiple agencies to get out money back and try to stop them from stealing other people's money and damaging their homes.

We emailed and called this customer and still have recieved a response. We discovered a dangerous amount of mold in this customers house. We referred them to a company to come out and test the mold. They refused to do that so we bought a mold testing kit and gave it to him to test and send out. We still havent recieved a call back from them. We were concerned about their health and dont want to cover up a potentially harmful mold.
