- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Pricing is affordable and we can discuss what your needs are prior to the visit for IT services. I also offer Discounts for Seniors, Military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with you over the phone to review your needs, wants, concerns regarding support. I want you to be informed and make the request of what you expect to be performed. In the end I want our customers to understand technology, we like to bridge the technology gap.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Digital Forensics and have over 18 years of IT experience supporting fortune 500 companies. I have certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, others.
