We want to earn your trust through service on an individual level, ensure that you're happy with our work and feel comfortable coming back, even if it's just to ask questions. Helping people move past a defective, problematic or frustrating issue. Whether it's a broken cell phone screen, an annoying virus, recovering data from a failing hard drive, I enjoy being the one who helps people get past that problem and hopefully helping to educate them on how to prevent future issues.
