Introduction: We are technicians, not salesmen. Diagnosis is always free. Questions and consultations are always free. We will not try to sell you an item or service that we would not warranty, and if in the case something has repeated problems, whether it's hardware or a persisting issue after service, repeat labor will never cost you more. We want to earn your trust through service on an individual level, ensure that you're happy with our work and feel comfortable coming back, even if it's just to ask questions. Helping people move past a defective, problematic or frustrating issue. Whether it's a broken cell phone screen, an annoying virus, recovering data from a failing hard drive, I enjoy being the one who helps people get past that problem and hopefully helping to educate them on how to prevent future issues.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything varies. Diagnosis is free and we don't bill by the hour. We get a quote and wait for your permission to either continue or stop. We will not exceed the quote and if circumstances change, you will be alerted before any work continues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. We have a facebook page and announce when major events or news comes up. We always welcome questions and encourage clients to call us if they have concern. Questions are free.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm not so sure it was a decision as much as it was inevitable. I began taking computers apart when I was in the single digits and when my high school offered computer classes, I was the first nerd to sign up. I just love electronics. I'm not sure if it's the smell or the shiny surface of something new, but electronics continue to tickle our senses and I am continuously entertained in how they function, and in turn helping them stay functional for others to use.
