- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything varies. Diagnosis is free and we don't bill by the hour. We get a quote and wait for your permission to either continue or stop. We will not exceed the quote and if circumstances change, you will be alerted before any work continues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. We have a facebook page and announce when major events or news comes up. We always welcome questions and encourage clients to call us if they have concern. Questions are free.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm not so sure it was a decision as much as it was inevitable. I began taking computers apart when I was in the single digits and when my high school offered computer classes, I was the first nerd to sign up. I just love electronics. I'm not sure if it's the smell or the shiny surface of something new, but electronics continue to tickle our senses and I am continuously entertained in how they function, and in turn helping them stay functional for others to use.
