I have been working out with Terrence for a year and I have never been in such good shape! He uses a good variety of types of exercises, demonstrates and explains them well (even for me, a rookie), encourages, motivates, and gives feedback throughout the workout. I always feel like the workout is so hard, but Terrence peps me up and keeps me going! The workout is perfect- 3 times a week for 30 minutes each, and he encourages us to log our cardio and provides easy-to-follow workouts in his app on the days we don't have class. Terrence is amazing!!!
