- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Standard pricing for our services is $150 per hour for consulting engagements and most technical engagements are $125 per hour. Discounts and support contracts are available on a case-by-case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The typical process for working with a new customer begins with a phone call to better understand their needs and what they are trying to accomplish. If that is not enough, then a face-to-face meeting will follow that initial engagement. Then, a proposal is prepared.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Technically speaking, I am certified in the HEAT Software products that I sell, as well as Microsoft SQL Server. I also have a 4-year Bachelors degree and will periodically participate in various online training sessions.
