At Carpet Sharks all of our steam cleaning services includes the following: - Carpet Inspection - Pre-Vacuuming - Pre-Treatment of standard Spots/Stains - Pre-Treatment of carpet - Agitation of Carpet - Hot Steam Extraction (up to 240 degrees) - Post Spot Treatment We charge $50 per area with a three area minimum. Hallways are always 1/2 price. Living/Dining room combos, stairs over 13 steps, and areas over 240sqft are considered two areas. Bio-Enzyme treatment is also availability as an add-on for $20 per area should there be a need due to pet accidents/odor or significant staining (blood, food dyes, nail polish, lipstick, etc). We are not afraid of publishing our full price list on-line as Carpet Sharks never does a “Bait & Switch Scam”. Many carpet cleaners offer ridiculously low coupon prices to get inside your home only to try to up-sell carpet cleaning and add-on services. We focus solely on carpet cleaning and our professionals are prohibited from up-selling.

We don't up sell. We provide firm quotes and list all available options upfront. Call anytime for a no pressure, no fee phone consultation. Many providers offer low prices to get in the door then try to up sell stain/odor removal, window washing, air duct cleaning, etc. this is because many companies pay low wages and up to 50% commission for whatever the cleaning technician can sell once on-site. We pay a living wage and do not allow our staff to up sell, period. *We do have a three area minimum
