- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a program that gives us a general cost for specific projects based on zip code. It gives us a low and high end, we generally come in at the low end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process generally begins with a tour of the project from the customer. This gives us the opportunity to learn exactly what their expectations are. From that point we explain what we will do and how we will do it. We then proceed to work, stopping to inform the customer of any new changes in the original plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had a variety of hands on experience in working with my father, as well as much more experience through previous employment.
